Pain Relief

This page is constantly in progress as I discover more ways that can help with pain relief.  I promise you to never put anything on this page unless I personally do it or use it for pain relief and it works for me.

Topical OTC pain medications

I get generic Biofreeze called Freeze It for medium sized areas, Aspercreme for my hands and joints, Well Patches or other pain patches for trouble spots if I'm going to be out all day, & Stop Pain spray to cover large areas. I get them all from Wal-Mart and they are all affordable.

Ginger Root tea for pain relief

Buy a ginger root in the produce section of the grocery store. Then slice off some thin slices of ginger root and pour boiling water over it to make ginger tea. When my DH makes this for me he slices off quite a few pieces, pours water over it, and put it in the microwave to boil. The tea isn't bad tasting, and if you like ginger you will find it enjoyable. This one I had DH help me take a picture of, with a garnish of ginger root on the side of the cup and the ginger root itself is on the saucer so that you can see what it looks like.
